- Thorough vacuum - your furniture is thoroughly vacuumed removing pet hair, crumbs. etc. Any removable cushions are removed and cleaned.
- Prepare surface - a cleaning solution that breaks down dirt and oils is applied to the body of the sofa, recliner, sectional sofa, love seat, etc.
- Gentle clean - a soft hand brush is used to help the solution penetrate heavily soiled areas where dirt and body oils have built up
- Extraction - an extraction machine gently rinses the area with heated water, and a powerful vacuum system removes the dirt and cleaning solution.
- Hand buff - your upholstery is buffed with a clean microfiber towel.

- Gentle clean - leather cleaner is applied by hand directly to the leather, hand buffed with microfiber towels. The process is repeated with clean microfiber towels until the leather is completely clean.
- Conditioning- leather conditioner is applied to help soften the leather as it dries.
- Repeat process - these steps are repeated on all sides of the furniture and cushions with leather surfaces
- Upholstery dries fast - with the Stuart Quick Dry process most leather furniture dries in just 3-4 hours
